Zamboanga Port Ferry Schedules (Updated as of March 2020)

ZAMBASULTA is a famous route that Filipinos follow when traveling around the Philippines. The 4 provinces of ZAMBASULTA includes Zamboanga, Basilan, Sulu and Tawi-Tawi. And in order to complete this trip, you have to be aware of the Zamboanga port ferry schedules especially when going to Basilan and Sulu. Check out the updated schedules below!

A good rule of the thumb: make sure to purchase and reserve tickets at least a day before especially if you’re going to Sulu. Proceed to the Zamboanga Port and buy your tickets. The location of the ticket booth is just beside the gate of Zamboanga port.

Zamboanga to Basilan

There are 2 cities in Basilan that has a port from Zamboanga which are (1) Lamitan City and (2) Zamboanga City. If you want to explore the 2 cities of Basilan which I highly suggest, you must take Lamitan City as your entry point and Isabela City for your exit point. There are lots of ferries offering this route and there are daily trips that departs from Zamboanga Port. You can choose from a day trip or a night trip. If you are traveling in a time-sensitive manner, I suggest to book a night trip.
