Dagupan City in Pangasinan — home to the tastiest “bangus” milk-fish in the country and known for the yearly celebrated Bangus Festival. As a result, Dagupeneos boasts off a number of bangus fish delicacies that can only be found in a number of local restaurants in the city. In this article, let me tour you around to one of the best restaurants in Dagupan City!
My hometown. Yeap! I have lived in 3 different places for the past 20-ish years of my life. I was born and raised in Dagupan City, went to Baguio City to get a college degree and lived in Manila for almost 5 years for my previous job.
Realizing that I have less articles dedicated to my hometown, here is a food guide from a local Dagupeña! I’ll be posting more about my hometown, the places you can visit and things to do. So make sure to keep posted and subscribe on my newsletter. 🙂

CAMP PARES DGP
Apparently, Camp Pares DGP has been taking Dagupan City by storm in the last few months! Now that the best pares in town is finally here, people mob the place everyday to get a taste of the pares.
As a locally born Dagupena, One of the things I love about Camp Pares is the price range of their food. It is surprisingly very affordable for its quality! This is why people love the restaurant because you can enjoy a meal that is within the average budget.
ACL ILOILO’S AUTHENTIC LAPAZ BATCHOY
The new restaurant in town opened its doors for scallops lovers out there! The cheapest sizzling scallop is in ACL Iloilo’s Authentic Lapaz Batchoy. Don’t hesitate to try their Iloilo specials like lapaz batchoy.
